Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout. Your use of those payment methods may also be subject to terms and policies established by the applicable payment provider.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Eligible products may be returned or refunded in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Standard return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery and are subject to the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.
Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or unless the return results from a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect order for which First Bite LLC authorizes return shipping.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and may take additional time to appear depending on the customer's bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
